Kyla and her team were amazing to work with. Her firm assisted us with creating and LLC and drafting a sales contract to purchase a small business and they were great. They always responded to emails super quickly, were very friendly, and helped to answer all of our questions. There is so much excitement involved when starting your own business. I know for myself, I had a vision, had put together what felt like a solid plan, I thought of the most creative and cheeky business name, which I loved. I got my logo designed, filed papers with the state, thought I had all the necessary players in place, and *snap* just like that, I was the owner of a baby business.
