I have worked with Robert on many occasions where I was the mortgage lender for clients he was representing. I find that he is a very considerate and professional person that cares about his clients. I have recently used Mr. Wianecki on a commercial building I recently purchased. Hie communication was outstanding and his Inter-action to follow up with the realtors and sellers attorney was impeccable. I call him at 9 PM on a Saturday panicking about documentation which was needed that I did not have . Not only did he answer his phone he was able to secure the documents we needed from the seller that Monday morning. Excellent customer service and he made a difficult transaction very easy
