Terrible customer service, just called in to inquire about the probate process, the lady who answered did not know much about probate and when I asked about speaking to an attorney(. not about a specific case but to inquire in to fees and the process) she kept trying to end the call and then finally she said they are at lunch and hung up on me. I was trying to give them business and was calm the entire time. Owners if you're listening to this, check out that recording because that was pretty bad for someone trying to put money in your pocket
