I am sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions. A Deed of Correction was filed by this office that contained changes beyond what I authorized. I signed the document under the clear understanding that only a limited correction would be made. However, the recorded filing included alterations that were not agreed to and resulted in incorrect property details being entered into public record. Mr. White later acknowledged with my realtor that the filing was made in error. Despite that acknowledgment, the office refused to take corrective action to rescind or properly fix the erroneous filing. I submitted a formal written objection via certified mail requesting the issue be corrected and asking for written confirmation that no further filings would be made without my consen

While I live in Ogden, Utah good old boy Lee White lives in Kentucky. Finally after pretty much Scott Hancock's management of my trust intolerable to him and Planters Bank it was transferred to Utah. Secondly: The smelly, old geezer, Lee White pretty much stole more money from a Trust in my Name.
