I contacted this law firm through my paid legal plan seeking assistance with wills and estate planning services they specifically list as areas they handle. I received a call back from a paralegal who was extremely rude and dismissive. I was told they could not help me because I had “too many issues,” which made no sense given that estate planning often involves multiple matters. When I questioned this, they acknowledged that wills and estates are within their specialty, but still refused to assist. It felt less about my situation and more about the reimbursement rate through the legal plan not being worth their time. Very unprofessional experience. If you’re using a legal plan, be aware this firm may not treat you as a valued client. Overall, a waste of time.

Reached out to this law firm for legal representation on a speeding ticket , completed the intake paperwork . They then sent over an agreement form along with requesting a payment without even speaking to me regarding the details . I’ve called to follow up a few times and kept getting the run around .They agreed to call me at 2pm And never did the next day I called to Follow up asked to speak with someone and I’m told that I was supposed to call . Which wasn’t the case instead of reaching back out they just emailed me stating they were unable to provide me with services . Complete waste of time
