Left 3 voicemail messages in 2 weeks. Still waiting. LOL. Just save yourself a frustration and don't waste your time.
My experience was great. I spoke with someone immediately, and their follow up response was the same day. They seem to really care and without a doubt gave great legal advice.
Hope they can help us with our malpractice suit....
