Yes, they are busy... but that is because they are good! Sometimes you may need to have a little patience when setting up meetings/calls etc, but once you have their attention, you have it 100% - and as much time/attention as you need without ever feeling rushed - perhaps more importantly with this wonderful team of Mr. Whalen and Morgan, it's nearly an impossible task to think of someone I'd want to fight on my side more than them. If you want/need someone to really go up to bat for you, this is the place.

Whalen in this matter due to his advertised success in the Herald with local real estate and his on going humanitarian efforts with his family to restore properties left behind by "Big Lenders" . I had a terrible experience with this lawyer. I was not satisfied with my services and they were completely uncompromising in this regard. My opinion is that they were very disorganized and lackadaisical in their preparation despite the high cost of their "preparation." Additionally, be careful sending them any written correspondence or text message evidence since they charged us what we believe was extreme prices for reading them.
