My wife and I had a consultation with Thomas about a complex Medicaid situation my mother is in. We went well over the allotted time for the consultation, which was much appreciated because we had so many questions and scenarios to discuss. Further, I had two occasions where I reached out to Thomas with follow up questions and each time he responded - the second with a phone call. My wife and I appreciate the thoughtfulness and care that Thomas and his staff treated us with - they were all very friendly and professional each time we reached out.

My family sought the services of WG Alexander and Associates to help with Medicaid planning for my grandmother after being referred by a friend.  We're two hours outside of Raleigh, but that was no problem. Mr. Alexander, Tracey, and the rest of the team were great to work with! Our situation was complex at times and required quite a bit of work.  They were patient with us and helped guide us the whole way.  I would 10/10 recommend using them and plan to do the same in the future if needed.

$400 for a 90 minute phone consultation. Wow! I couldn't even get a simple question answered to see if I even needed a consult. "All of our attorneys are doing consultations" is code for, we can't talk to you without pay. I just personally didn't like that considering I was calling on behalf of my elderly loved one.

We were very happy with our experience with this firm. Found them by chance via Nextdoor. The recent passing of both my in-laws opened my eyes to how important estate planning is. We can't communicate what we want when we're gone, and the legal system will do what they can with what they have. Estate planning isn't just for older, retired and very wealthy people. My husband and I are active working adults, years away from retirement and we got this done because it is a way to convey what we want for both ourselves and others when we are no longer able to.
