To go along with the first rating… since I don’t rent from you (unfortunately our ENTIRE street of old cannons apparently does)…tearing down 5 homes but initially making it feel like ONE corner house will be sold is not okay. If I could back I would show up to those zoning meetings. You two are destroying any history and any hope for affordable housing with what you are doing.

Highly responsive, I call and quickly got thru the the exact place that could answer my questions. I would definitely recommend for legal help.

We love what you two are doing with the place. I forget that when two men make it rich in their practice that’s still not enough. They need to squash out the existing community and then hush all the people with voices with paperwork that we don’t understand… you all are doing INCREDIBLE things with your real estate law license! Your parents would be glowing with pride!

Initially called on 1/28/25 and Michael (attorney) was out on vacation. Understandably, I just left a VM and waited. I called back on 2/3 (when they would return), but was unable to talk to anyone so left another voicemail. Never heard back so called one last time on 2/10 and still unable to talk to attorney. The secretary asked if I wanted to leave another VM, however since my other two had never been returned I decided to go elsewhere. Was looking forward to this attorney helping me, however lawyer was unresponsive to my outreach.
