In 2019 this office allowed Chase Bankers in Somers, NY to give my Mothers Social Security funds to a person other than her documented POA. The funds were never returned and the very same Bankers are now withholding my Safety Deposit Box contents while having in their possession appropriate documents for release. This office will be contacted today and then they need to act on the history of this cumulative financial trickery from the Chase Somers Bankers. Additionally, the State Troopers located 2 miles from such Bank find it difficult to write Criminal reports for such financial premeditated misconduct.

BEWARE: Filed complaint in person, but DA’s office refused to provide a control number upon request, claiming never provided one despite the form having blocks for control purposes. Never received response to file charges for assault, and my County Legislator claims to have called the DA but also never received reply. If the DA doesn’t protect the public by enforcing the law, then clearly, people must take action to protect themselves and families.

Wouldn't prosecute a couple we caught stealing our puppy from adoption event. Even after they cobfessed.. they anti animal.. we took down Sen Myrphy.. guess who be next..
