Absolutely horrendous to deal with. Settlement payment made to them weeks before a hearing. Specifically told it could take UP TO 2 weeks to file dismissal. Contacted them on a friday, the woman said my balance was zero and account was closed, that paperwork was already sent for dismissal. Contacted them again the following Monday, was then told by a different person I apparently still have a balance and they are "in the process of filing dismissal paperwork." Not to mention whoever I spoke with on the phone was nasty and spoke over me. These people clearly have zero idea what's going on. Just know that they'll do everything on their own timeline and refuse to send anything in writing. Shady.

Fascinating approach from this law firm. They already received a judgment related to this matter, yet I continue to get sued for the exact same thing—multiple times within a few months. Apparently one lawsuit wasn’t quite enough. You would think after obtaining a judgment the case would be… resolved. Instead, the strategy seems to be filing the same claim again and again. At this point it raises a simple question: how many times does someone need to be sued over the same issue before it becomes excessive?

Called EIGHT times before someone answered. the woman who answers the phone (maybe Sandra?) just told me no one has ever called her rude when I asked her why she was always so rude when I spoke with her LOL yeah ok girl. You're MISERABLE. then she refused to talk to me further for asking the question and said she was transferring me to her manager Josh even though he's not available to speak. Everyone I have spoken to here is the most unkind, unhelpful and unsympathetic. Perfect for a law office I guess.

Micheal is extremely rude.I Called because I wanted to handle a court appearance so I can begin to fix my credit after a hardship in which I received no prior communication. but he doesn’t let you talk he is extremely aggressive and arrogant. Mind you I had to search for his company because he didn’t give any contact info. Even if you call him he acts as if he called you with a very degrading tone. I don’t know how any company would want someone like him to represent them. If I didn’t want to actually fix my credit I would have hung up on him. If I could give 0 stars I would. He is a nasty individual. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work with him

Philly office personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Several people I spoke with tried beyond the call to help me with an issue. Unfortunately my debt was being held in Ohio after several attempts the lawyer in Ohio had a completely different attitude! Just outright rude! Not the friendliest person to speak with in regards to any issue and especially mine! 5 stars for the Philly office! No stars for the Ohio office lawyer named Hoen!!!!
