We hired Mr. Wellington to assist us with my Father's estate planning. Mr. Wellington was knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. My Father then hired Mr. Wellington to handle his divorce. We thought it would takes a very long time to get the divorce to be final. Mr. Wellington got the divorce settled very quickly, i believe it was in about 40 days. My Father didn't have much money and Mr. Wellington still worked with him and stayed under the budget my Father had. I was very impressed. My Father has since passed and i am handling his affairs. Mr. Wellington has been so helpful to me. I absolutely recommend his services.

Chuck is amazing. His staff is wonderful. I went to Chuck for my divorce, and everything went very smooth from beginning to end including having to go to the courthouse to meet in person during covid on a makeup date due to an ice storm. Entering a divorce is not an easy subject matter. Chuck made me feel like I was in good hands, and he was looking out for my best interest always.
