I'm a 31 year real estate veteran and this is the second worse company I've ever attempted to close with. I'm genuinely surprised because they came highly recommended. It takes an act of God to get them on the phone and then you get the run around. Nobody other than the person handling your file has any answers and getting that person is an uphill battle to say the least.
