I recently discovered that my property title deed had a mistake. I reached out to Mr. W. Shearouse, Jr. who had been our closing attorney 12 years ago. After a brief consultation, he made arrangements to correct the error which involved contacting previous owners. The correction was made quickly within 2 weeks which included a major holiday. I highly recommend this firm!
We refinanced our home through the VA and Chris helped us with the closing. WONDERFUL person to work with. We are SO happy that we used them for it!!

This firm provided a poor experience. We signed numerous documents at closing, and their mishandling of the filing process resulted in multiple errors and issues. I would not recommend their services
