I retained this attorney nearly three years ago to help with a straightforward matter—adjusting child support through the court. Despite constant follow-ups, emails, and reminders over the years, no court date has ever been filed. The lack of action and urgency has been incredibly frustrating, especially given how long this matter has dragged on unnecessarily. To make things worse, my emails are routinely ignored or go unanswered for weeks or months, yet I continue to receive requests for more money. There is zero transparency about progress, no clear timeline, and no sense of accountability. I feel like I’ve paid thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing in return.
