Unfortunately, the company that filed my visa petition hired this firm. They failed to explain the process, did not return my original I-94 forms, and didn’t provide courtesy copies of what was filed on my behalf. They also made errors that I had to point out myself. I emailed them questions about my case, but they never responded. I ended up paying another firm out of pocket to resolve and clarify the issues. Stay away from this firm if you can.

If you're not one of their established clients, reconsider. Mr. Wang treats an inquiry about his experience with EB1 as undue questioning on his capability--when you're pondering whether this is the right person to commit thousands of dollars of lawyer fee, he takes it as your lack of faith in him. It is baffling how a seasoned lawyer can turn away a potential client yelling. How he would come to perceive a business consultation as a gesture of charity is, again, beyond me.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with Law Offices of Weicheng Wang and mr. Wang personally. My company agreed to help me with my paperwork and because they were using Law Offices of Weicheng Wang I had to deal with them directly and starting day one everything was a mess, mistakes in the documentation (they forgot to delete some information from the previous client and kept it in my forms), and in the end they just used my case from my personal attorney. So basically, they could not even copy her case without a mess. Then it got worse: mr. Wang was yelling at me over the phone saying, "you are confusing everyone" when I had to go to Canada to get my O1 visa in my passport. I got denied because they did not tell me that I should attach a letter from work to support my request f

Mr. Wang does not care about your case at all and they just want your case to be done as soon as possible. Whether it successes or not, they don’t care. They withdrew my case without letting me know because they don’t want it to be denied and infect their business. So they can tell the next customer they have 100% approval records.

This firm screwed up my H1B application and Wang's attitude was really a nightmare - no explanation, no follow-ups, and no empathy. Do your best to avoid using their service if you don't want your time, money and life totally wasted by their unprofessionalism.
