this was a pleasant experience to assist in closing our first home. there was an issue at the closing table but Michael Shumaker was so upfront and very clear in explaining what the issue was we were able to get it resolved in the best way possible. The greeting staff was pleasant and the whole experience was great.

Stopped at the office they took all the information needed and all I got after that was run around. I called and was transferred to the same person that never called me back 4 different times. After 5 days with no response or help I went to the one in Summerville and they made things right They help a lot better after hence the rating change thanks
