I was quite confused while trying to vote and grant HIPPA authorization. Update, 2020. Three days ago I had a flare up in my l4 l5 area and I am all but immobilized it hurts so much... I am forced to remember that the Webster law firm failed to protect me and so did the system. There was no justice. I was rear ended on interstate 10 near Katy at the 99 flyover. I was sitting still in traffic. A kid texting at over 70 miles per hour rear ended me. It totaled both cars. It was so violent it broke the drivers seat and left me laying face up. I have a herniated disc in my L4 L5 and three bulging discs in my neck. I have cat scans and MRI's that show it. Dozens of visits to a chiropractor.
