DISHONEST, and UNETHICAL company who can't follow their own signed legal contract. They also feel "rounding up" on your costs is somehow ethical and they'll lie about their actual shipping costs. AVOID. AVOID, AVOID! My contract with Webster Law Firm and Lynn Matthews clearly stated a $450 flat rate fee "plus the out-of-pocket costs to deliver the document to you". Their fees were INCREASED (against our contract) to $50 per shipment for THREE shipments just two days before closing with them adding a new shipping cost for sending a document to the buyer's attorney. This conflicted with our signed contract. Lynn tried to explain they "normally" charge $50 per shipment, but she couldn't understand that our signed agreement only mentioned out of pocket costs.
