I don’t publicly recommend professionals lightly — but I’m making an exception here. Christine Webster is, without question, one of the top real estate attorneys in our market. I’ve worked with a lot of closing attorneys over the years, and what separates Christine is not just knowledge (which she has a ton of)… it’s judgment and integrity. She does what’s right for the client and for the transaction, not what’s easiest or fastest. When a deal gets complicated — and in real estate they sometimes do — she is exactly the person you want involved. She knows how to solve problems, communicate clearly, and actually get people to the closing table. We are lucky to have someone of her caliber practicing locally. If you were looking for an attorney, Christine Webster could not be a better choice. She was our attorney for a very difficult closing. She never stopped fighting. She never stopped being involved. She was prompt to answer all of our return phone calls emails questions even when she was going to visit a sick relative, she gave me her cell phone number in order to help us resolve the issues that we’re having.
