Nearly a week and they haven't responded to me

I recently had a very bad experience with Jeremy D. Bailie. It was great until I was passed to him by the first attorney I received a consultation from. He never worked on my case and never even bothered to communicate with me the entire time. I wasted my time waiting for this man to do the work. Jeremy failed to do a single thing and failed to communicate that he wasn’t doing anything and the reason why in more than 30 days since I paid their high retainer fee. This man charges $400 per hour which is ridiculous considering the dereliction of duty! I did wind up getting my retainer fee back after complaining, but the time spent talking to this firm and gathering what they needed, the stress of waiting and nothing happening, the trouble I went through to gather this large retainer and drive

I was referred to Joseph for legal counsel on a number of issues regarding HOA harassment and issues with real estate and city ordinances. Joe took a few phone calls with me and sat down with me for over an hour to review. He knew the laws without looking them up. He honestly told me the best route to go which actually didn't involve him. So honest even tho it did not benefit him or his company. I really appreciate the honesty and strongly recommend him.
