Wayne County Sessions Judge

Very great judge. I was pregnant when being picked up in 2024 for a driving charge that happened back in 2019, I was pregnant as all get out, and knew nothing of this. I'd also just fought DCS for custody of my sisters children & nothing had popped up. We had no idea, otherwise it'd been paid for and taken care of before my first son was ever born. Judge was very understanding & didn't allow me to have to stay after being locked up for 3 days in Hardin County, pregnant, they didn't give me my meds at all which could've lead to the death of my unborn child, & I never received any extra anything. Wayne County is so much different. They have respect for the pregnant women & actually give extra plus snacks & a real drink every single day. Meanwhile, Hardin county will watch you detox and kill

The staff are rude and think there above you iv never been In trouble just been down there to file for divorce and when you talk to any of the staff down there they make you feel like you are bothering them and they need you to go away or that you beneath them the only good thing I can say about the court house is it’s clean not like some court house that are extremely nasty house clean does a great job but other than that horrible place

Well if I am ranking the courthouse, then it's 5 stars all the way... However,, this says the Sessions Judge... I'm kinda scared to put my rating of him on here... Anyone that lives in my county knows that when I say crooked, all about money, lie, cheat, anything to step all over the underdog, its the truth. As a judge or as a lawyer, which is what I'm privileged enough to be dealing with him as right now, he will do whatever he has to do to win. It's not right that the sessions Judge be allowed to be a judge and lawyer both in the same county. Frustrating to say the least...

This place is a cluster-puck of chaos. Little to no communication from court clerk's, the lawyers in the D.A.'s office or the other court officer's assigned to work court cases. Once the court initially ran through the names on the docket only a few cases were reviewed (out of 20+ cases) before the court recessed for over three hours. Most of us were left to sit inside the courtroom with zero communication about next steps. Finally, at 12:15 pm a lady from the D.A.'s office told us that court would resume in an hour as "everybody" was at lunch. We left for the hour and returned at 1:15 pm only to sit in court for another 30 minutes when court was recessed AGAIN for another 2+ hours! People with children in school were stuck in court without any communication from the court about expected

Be careful in waynesboro they charge you with whatever they want just so they can pretend to be a cop. Most unprofessional traffic stop I've ever seen.
