Losing a loved one is hard enough without having to navigate the complexities of the living will. These wonderful people have done all the work for me, and I could never thank them enough! There is so much involved when inheriting properties, bank accounts, etc. I haven't had to navigate any of this alone. They have done all the work for me. All I've had to do is sign documents after they ensure I understand everything. I'm so thankful for these people! Every time I go to their office they are always so sweet and inviting. My mom is elderly and wanted to leave me her house but we didn’t know the best way to go about doing that. Without going through probate and having to pay a bunch of property gains tax. I was first told to do a will and how you could do it with ChatGPT. But I wasn’t sure about that? I was told to do a trust. Still wasn’t sure about that.
