Mrs.Brenda Waugh was my attorney for about 2 years , she honestly was amazing and fought for me every step of the way. I spoke with Brenda on at least two separate occasions about a situation that I found myself in involving a wrongful termination of employment because of an on the job injury and a signed arbitration agreement that the former employer refused to disclose the terms of. Brenda admitted that she was afraid that such a situation was far enough outside her own skill set that she wouldn't take the case but referred me to two other attorneys that she thought might be able to help me with the caveat that if neither one of them worked out that I should contact her again and she would do her best to help me find representation. I was very impressed with the services they offer. There is a live webinar available for those who want to learn more about the process for divorce and child custody along with other laws that would apply within your marriage. Brenda presented VA and WV laws during the presentation and her knowledge and helpful advise helped tremendously during these difficult times. I would highly recommend her for mediation or collaborative practice for family law. During the live webinar you can ask questions and not feel pressured to make a decision then and there.
