I hired Ms Watts to process a child support case and back pay for a situation that my decree had in it that my children's father had failed to uphold. However, she didn’t seem to understand what or how to proceed. So filed an extra case and called it breech of contract to be heard in civil court instead of dealing with it all in family court.
