Bill and his staff never cease to impress me each time I interact with them. Whenever I have had a family law issue I have always felt comfortable going to Bill due to the fact that he has been working in Leon County longer than almost any other family attorney. When I first went to Bill it became very clear to me that his knowledge of family was vastly superior to anyone else I spoke to. Bill isn't one of these arrogant attorneys who thinks they are a hotshot, he is an extremely down to Earth guy humble guy and is very easy to relate to. I highly recommend his law practice to anyone in the Big Bend area.

This guy will lead you on, take your money and then quit your case at a critical point because he is lazy and lets your opposing attorney run the case. I got beat out of $3700 dollars and nothing was done on my case after 18 months. I could have done more on my case myself on the internet. Stay away from this guy for your own good please! I wish to GOD I had done my research and would not have hired this guy for dog catcher. After seeing reports on this guy, I was shocked to see this was how he operated time and time again. He works with other attorneys against you and if you don't agree with what he does behind your back, he quits your case with no money back or documents returned.

I have hired Mr. waters on several occasions in the past 10 years. Every time, he has far exceeded my expectations and delivered results as promised. I continue to use him to this day for family law proceedings. If you want good results, hire Mr. Waters.

Horrible attorney!!! HE HATES WOMEN! Back door deals with opposing attorney. wrote up & agreed to a custody schedule without even talking to me!!! In the custody schedule he had given my children's biological father who had not seen or spoke to them in FOUR years and was very abusive, JOINT custody! When I fired him he refused to give me my documentations, phone bills, text print outs and pictures back but he gave copies to my exes lawyer !!! He is so crooked!!!

I retained Bill Waters as my attorney. He did absolutely nothing for me. He was never in the office and couldn't keep staff. He would get your money and run. I would not recommend him.
