I accompanied a client to an appointment at this agency, and the receptionist was gracious, patient, and very professional. The attorney with whom my client spoke was also understanding and worked with my client at the level at which he was capable of understanding. The experience was a positive one, and I admire those who work for this agency as they provide an invaluable service.

I called twice in about 3-4 wks and no one returned my calls. But when someone picked up the 3rd time the lady was so so sweet, caring understanding.

They prevaricate and lie to you about what services they will offer to you. They renege on agreements. They are an exercise in frustration. They are demeaning and devoid of fairness.They are the worst.

Went to this office The website said they were open so stopped,door was locked.So I stood there and called and rang like 10 X's.No answer Tried to leave message but couldn't.Called a second time but no results.A waste of my time.
