Horrible business. I asked questions and he says. You are personal rap you can do what you want, very black and white answers. Never answered more than 10 emails that I had sent with questions about the estate. Wanted to know how much my in-laws were taking out for a loan to purchase a house they were a 3 rd party! James Walt wants his money upfront before he even does any of the work do not pay him any estimated hours what so ever . He charged me 4.5 hours of work to close the estate and he is not even close in the estate and refuses to give me a refund of over $1000 @ the $225.00 per hour. He also charge me $17.60 for mail in an envelope that cost him $2.05 and refuses to give me the refund for that for the estate! I now have to file grievances and take him to arbitration court to ev
