Roger and Jay make you feel comfortable and they are pragmatic about situational outcomes. Talking with them was not only reassuring but enjoyable. They followed through within 48 hours and have been very communicative. Use this firm!! The only thing I’m upset about is that we didn’t find them sooner.

Just needed some clarification on something, simple questions to get told it’s a $250 consultation fee. They might be good attorneys but for someone who is on a fixed income, to simply get some questions answered I can not afford that.

I can’t say enough about this firm, but what stands out the most is their kindness, speed. patience, and follow through. I would give them a ten star if Google would allow it. They are personable people who spend the time necessary to help you resolve a business issue or ensure your business is as secure as it can be from liabilities. I was so impressed we will be using them next for an estate and all our other business endeavors.

The expectation set was not met at all. In my opinion I didn't receive any "legal advice" during my consultation. The person that set my appointment showed me so many red flags not knowing the rates for consults, taking payment but I guess not submitting it, I waited and waited while he fumbled through notes but still gave the firm the benefit of the doubt because I was under the impression he was new. I told them that I wanted to know if there was something I was missing and a way we can discuss options.. and the person that set my appointment I could send over the lease before hand so we wouldn't waste time during the consultation trying to read it. Yet, thats exactly what we did...Basically my consultation was me stating a fall back plan and the lawyer just telling me to go that route a

Contacted Wallach and Associates earlier in the week left a message. The next day they called me back. We sent up a consultation on Friday and discussed my case and situation. 4 days later my case was resolved and I was signing papers. Thanks for getting back with me so fast and getting done what we discussed so quickly. Appreciate you all, thank you.
