At the time it was Laura Alcaraz but I am now divorced that's why my last name is now Garcia.*** I hired Alesha to help with my divorce and custody of my kids. There were several messages and phone calls that were never answered. She also does not prep you for a hearing. When we had a hearing her paralegal was going over my case with me on the day of at the courthouse while Alesha was on her laptop working on another case. She stayed on my case for about 8 months and when I needed her the most she withdrew from my case with a pending hearing just weeks away without even talking to me about the situation. She just believes the other party and will not fight for you. She might be ok for simple cases b

Sadly, we were not pleased. She ensured us by taking a “Rule 11 deal” was a great idea, it’s put us in a huge bind, cost extra in the long run (go figure), and kept the child from maintaining contact, due to “disagreement of termination” of said agreement. Instead of fixing this awful mistake, she pretty much told us agree to what ever the other side wants to get “out of it” 😳 I don’t necessarily appreciate how hard it is to get direct answers from her or her team either, and you wait days for answers. I understand this is “just their job” and it’s not an emergency on their end, but it IS people’s LIVES and their futures, on the other end. Great law firm. Took on my case and got to work basically immediately. Less than a year later and I got the results I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again if needed in the future.
