Receptionist was very rude! I know for a fact my case is legit enough to sue! I called on Friday received a call back this morning 2/11/2026 and the receptionist told me they couldn’t take my case a didn’t give me a reason why! I didn’t think to look at the reviews before calling but the reviews are correct about the lady answering the phone! Very rude and very aggressive! (0.5/10) and only a .5 because she returned the call!

Too bad leaving 0 stars isn’t an option. Very rude receptionist. I called and explained my situation- she said someone would reach back out to me- I never heard anything back. When I called back to inquire about my situation, the receptionist was quick, snappy and rude. She seemed annoyed and bothered from the very beginning. She tried to push me off without giving any details and was rude about a simple question. I couldn’t even complete a sentence without her butting in in a very aggressive tone. Finally, I just hung up on her. If this attorney office is as good as all these other reviews, they need another receptionist or there will be many more reviews like mine. She’s the first contact. Why is she annoyed to take a call?

Jim is a man of great integrity! He's not afraid to take anyone on if he knows you are right! No matter who has done you wrong. If Jim takes your case you have pretty much won already. He is a walking lie detector thought. If you are just wanting to get revenge might should go elsewhere. He isn't about that. But he will stand by you if a big corporation tries to do you wrong and you have no one to turn too. Thanks to him I hold my head high after the mighty UPS company came after me in northeast Ms. He is a veteran like myself and thank God for him. It was me and Jim at my table and six of them at theirs and after three days of court he and I walked away with the victory! I will never forget him. In this life or the next!!!!

He handled a high profile case for me back in 2003 (I think) and is THE badass attorney you need!! He isn't scared of a thing (like my husband, now ex)!! He's the best, NO doubt in my mind!! Thank you, Jim!!
