I obtained Rebecca Wagner as my attorney recently to assist me in a court issue with my ex-husband. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very responsive and attentive to my situation. She waited with me for over two hours at the courthouse during the COVID-19 pandemic and was successful in my court case. I am beyond impressed by her level of professionalism and ability to serve as my legal counsel. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is not your stereotypical arrogant attorney. Rebecca wasted my time and money. Her performance in court showed her inability to question and cross examine a witness. She did not challenge any testimony and was unable to ask questions in a timely manner. She often seemed confused as to how to proceed. On one occasion she failed to bring paperwork to a mediation meeting explaining she had forgotten them in her office. I was not sent copies of any discovery information. Overall poor performance.
