Call Mrs Wadley asked if she was busy she informed me that she is always busy I am glad to hear that she doesn't need another client because I will not be using her I asked something that I believe a landlord needed to know she also had something smart to say to that I informed her I didn't know about her as a landlord but me I would like to know some things that could keep me out of prison from what I understand real estate attorneys should have some knowledge of landlords and tenants so no I will not be using her and no I will not refer her to anybody else
