Horrible communication, after paid initial deposit I had to call the office weekly for any type of updates. And even then the receptionist was very unfriendly and always seemed annoyed by my requests for updates. Agree with the review that says the office comes across as "better than you" type of attitude. I'd never recommend this lawyer to anyone.

My wife hired attorney waddle to represent her, which means I financed her lawyer. After the retainer was paid and before the big court date. Attorney waddle requested from the judge to be removed from her case. With little to none information as to why. I expected that she would receive a refund since minimal to none work was done. A refund was never ever offered and this happened 3 years ago. I pray that the attorney just didn't realize she didn't refund her. To attack my character by calling me a liar is a very low ball. I pray the attorney does the right thing. And not the wrong thing with cases in the future.

Went to this office for help for a very serious issue that needed immediate addressing. Was told that I would be contacted after it was addressed. I heard nothing back for a week then I called once a day after the week. Each time I called the receptionist had no answers for me and became less and less friendly each time. Finally got a call back after my situation became worse and much more difficult to fix, and was told that the situation was worse and much more difficult to fix and basically washed their hands of it. In short the attorney pretended to be caring of my situation but actually made my situation much worse because of no activity. Had I known I couldn’t trust this business I would have gotten a back up lawyer in case I get screwed by the first.

I would definitely recommend Emily to a friend or family member that was in need of legal aid. Though it's sometimes difficult to trust an attorney I really had a positive feeling in the room when we were there. She seems like she gets to the point she doesn't deal with any BS she doesn't promise things that she can't follow through with she is very honest and let you know what your options are and how it may or may not work out I think that is something that has very odd when it comes to lawyers a lot of times they just want money in their pocket and I didn't feel that way with Emily I really really would recommend her to someone if they were in need of a lawyer
