super scammy experience with unfit representative pair up..this firm will do a great intro case review meeting and proper follow up by firm, but save yourself the B.S. ---attorney assignment was terrible. Karen Bassett was warm and scooped in the case, but once I was paired with an associate/partner, he was horrible...after 1st (and only) scheduled video meeting I asked for refund of my retainer and the charge deduction of ~$1600.00 was not for services received at time of request.
