Voelcker & Wagner Law Office

Very bad experience in a custody case. My daughters raised serious concerns about how they were being treated at their mother’s home, and the attorney only said, “we have to wait for the appointment,” without taking any urgent action. Even after I withdrew her services, she continued receiving court correspondence as if I had received it, and the case moved forward without me being present. It harmed me severely. I paid $2,500 upfront and felt pressured to pay more with no results. I do not recommend her. I’m relieved I ended the representation in time to protect my case.

My husband and I have used this law firm for many years. If you want a lawyer who is kind and concerned for you as a person, this is the firm to go to. Everyone in the office is so nice and all of our business is taken care of in a timely manner with good communication every step of the way. The fee's have always been reasonable every time we have needed them. We would highly recommend this law firm!

This law firm has served my family over many years and for several different legal issues including the Estate of my children's father. My first contact with this firm (Laurinda) was immediately after their fathers death. This was an extremely difficult time for all of us. The firm helped us work through all the legal issues related to handling his estate. They were knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and were always able to answer questions. I would highly recommend this firm !

The worst lawyer that I have ever had. Do not , I repeat , do not choose this law firm. Her gross ineptitude, poor legal counsel and blatant conflict of interest caused me and the estate of my beloved late husband to lose over $165,000.00!!!! I am filing a complaint with the PA Bar Association against her!!! Awful, just awful!!! I don’t know how she passed the Bar exam!!! Didn’t even want to give 1 star, but could not post review without giving any stars!!!!
