James Betro did a wonderful job with our purchase of a property! He made sure all the appropriate information was accounted for even though the sellers attorney was slow and disorganized getting them the appropriate paperwork. After the closing, a neighbor of the new property decided to call and dispute property lines while harassing us on other communications. Jim did an excellent job dealing with this difficult individual and dissolving the situation.

I am sure that 99% of real estate transactions close with little fanfare, but when our transaction went sour Jim Betro was a great ally. He counseled us on the law describing what we were and were not obligated to do as the seller and discussed possible courses of action. After making his recommendations he allowed us to make the final decision and carried out the desired action.
