Terrible experience with Mr. Villeda! I would not recommend him to anyone! If I could give this man 0 stars, I would! He is extremely unprofessional and a crook! He did not help me in the least! He charged me for a hearing that never even happened, due to it being canceled and he did not return any of my money like a legitimate attorney does after the fact. Attorneys are supposed to bill you and send you back the difference and he did not ever show me a real bill. He also tried to claim I owed him even more money, when infact, he was ridiculously overpaid!

I highly recommend Mr. Antonio Villeda. He helped my mother & myself on obtaining the deed to our home. He went above and beyond to help us with minimal information that we had. He took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. The day he called me to give me the great news I just felt a lot of weight taken off my shoulders. It was the greatest feeling ever to hear him say “I HAVE GOOD NEWS” I literally cried when we hung up. Thank you Villeda Law Group for your amazing work!

I don’t often write reviews, however after my experience with my attorney Mark Talbot, I wanted to help others know that he is an excellent choice. My husband and I live out of state, and we needed to find an attorney after my my mother-n-law passed away to handle her estate. It was scary and challenging trying to find an appropriate honest lawyer, to handle our some what complicated case. We were impressed with his knowledge, and his organization. He provided us with options and recommendations. He responded promptly to emails. The legal process overall takes some time. We would like to handle everything like in TV, and solve the issue in a 30 minute sitcom, but the reality is the legal process does take some time. With our case, we hired Mark Talbot when he was in his own practice,

Mr. Villeda is business smart, quick problem solver and hard worker. I highly recommend Villeda's office. As soon as Mr. Villeda took my business issue, he resolved it fast, effective and with a great success for us. The second attorney, Cheatham, who works with him, is also doing great. Thoughtful, respectful to the client, and well reflective to the client's needs. Before I came to this office I used two other quite important law firms, but they only made my topic more complicated, time-consuming and more expensive. I wish I would start working with Villeda from the first approach. Do not afraid to pay money to this firm, it worth it, you will get more profit in result.
