We were led to this firm by our lender. (First mistake don’t ever use Guaranteed Rate) During our initial encounter they had multiple errors on the purchase and sale agreement. Incorrectly documented the purchase price as well as the down payment. Spelled my name incorrectly. Their utter lack of attention to detail was astounding. We were told we had to be there by 1PM in order to get the home on record that day. I received an email at 6 PM stating it was not on record and should be the following morning. It’s still not on record and it’s noon the following day. Extremely disappointing.

If you need a real estate attorney, look no further. I had an issue with city/building conditions delaying the closing of the house I was selling.
