Victory Disability

I had an excellent experience working with Victory Disability and had a positive result!! Their intake process was organized. We worked together to ensure a sound package. As a retired military member, I was deeply appreciative of their excellent communication. I was always aware of what was happening and what the next stage would be. They spent valuable time with me before the Hearing, letting me know what to expect so I wouldn't be nervous when it was time to present my case to the judge. They were a team of professionals whom I highly recommend.

I wish I could say I was having the same experience as some of these other clients of Victory, but I am sorry to say I haven’t. Victory has been handling SSDI case for a year and a half now. I rarely hear from them, unless they are asking me if I want to go for higher disability rating (I have repeatedly said I don't). When I send in information pertaining to my case, I get generic cookie cutter type responses. If they are working for me, I am not seeing it. Honestly, I think I may have made a mistake going with them. They don’t seem proactive at all.

To all, Victory Disability team of proven professionals are for others to emulate. I was denied 3X in California and when I moved from California after 42+ years, I saw many positive comments on FB about VD. So on Dec 19, 2025, I decided to take this journey again but instead of using Labovick law firm (which whom was non-communicative) VD showed up and showed out and I was approved on Feb 13, 2026. I recommended a couple of my Veteran friends to VD handle their case. Thank you Victory Disability Team

I truly appreciate the hard work that led to my approval. The communication was excellent and the process was effortless. Keep in mind the process is long but worth the wait. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Again thank you all for the work that was done in order to get SSDI approved.

I am finding some major wholes in their contract. They pressured me to sign with them! I did not. It was just before the holidays. Wish I could post what I see as a VERY RED FLAG. They say that if they don't win your case, you owe NOTHING! That is a bold face lie and their contract states it. Page 4 of 5, "I understand that my representative may still request a few even if my case does not result in past-die benefits!! Meaning, you lose, you owe. Don't believe me? Read the Veterans reviews. Wish I could post a picture of it. Get the contract and go to Page 4 of 5 read, "Under Standard Fee". Need to find a HONEST firm. I know, I know ...
