I was trying to get a name of a person off a deed that was worded wrong. Mr. Martin was highly recommended by a title company that uses him. Contacted Attorney Martin for help with a Deed. I sent him the requested documents and when I called to get things going, he told me he will not be helping me because the document I sent him doesn’t look legit. Now, I got the document from the county and when I tried to ask him a question, he very rudely said he is trying to get off the phone and hung up. He treated me like I did something to him. My son died and had this land and I’m trying to get his estate done and needing help just to have someone in a professional setting that’s in a position to help to treat you like nothing.
