If I could give zero stars I would. Been dealing with them for over two years with zero communication. You call the office and they don’t give you straight answers and when we show up for an appointment, we aren’t even greeted, just a “what do you need”. The lawyer who helped us was very nice, but the lack of communication from the staff and attorneys at this office had me driving 6 hours from my home to meet them about a case they now stated was done. Why couldn’t I have been told that on the phone? You claim to be family and immigration lawyers; many of these immigrants are relying on you to help them and it is your duty to clearly communicate and ensure they understand. Anything less than that is an abusive and deceptive practice.

Received a letter from them claiming they could help with my husbands speeding ticket…spoke with Valeria Garcia to get more information … after asking her some questions she began being so rude saying she already told me the price that we could take it or not and saying I could go to google to find another attorney If didn’t like it ..so glad she suggested that..I found a better and cheaper one than this unprofessional law office and judging from the past reviews I’m not the only one they were rude to. So glad they showed their true colors before making business with them 😌

I call them for a phone consultation, took about a week for them to call back to schedule one an appt. My original appt was Friday the switch it with out asking me to Thursday. Got a message saying it was at 4 after 430 I didn’t receive a call I called them the told me at 5 and still didn’t hear nothing back !! I had a confirmation text saying my appt was at 4 I was not impressed. I fell they didn’t respect my time while I’m respecting theirs not professional at all
