Kudos to Vargas et al, LLP, especially attorney George Zeckler who helped me with a home insurance claim. I had water damage to an overhead leaking pipe that my insurance company, just out of hand, refused the claim. George to the rescue. Vargas et al also helped about 3 years ago when I had wind damage to my roof. The insurance company wanted to pay a fraction of the necessary damage. Vargas to the rescue.

If only I could have the time they wasted back, that would be great. Genuinely, they're just as fake as the company I'm trying to go after. They agree to take your case, say they're going to do all these things, and then nothing. You have to keep checking in on them, then they lie some more. "Oh I'm sending the demand letter tomorrow" a month goes by, "I'm sending the demand letter in 2 weeks", two months go by, "oh I was on vacation, I'm typing it up right now" another month gone. I've been trying to get them to do something, literally anything, since October. And they've done nothing but drag me along for the last 11 months. They haven't done the first thing with my case, and they're filled with nothing but empty promises. Even if you call and complain and request someone different, it's

We were very pleased with the consideration and attention given to us. We struggled getting anywhere reasonable with the insurance company. With claims flying around everywhere after these natural disaster's George did not forget us and got us a settlement much more in line with the reality of our situation. I don’t know what’s going on behind the doors at this law firm, but it’s not good. A few weeks ago, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with Mr. Brandon Leskanic. His public speaking and professionalism could use a lot of work. I don’t recommend anybody in their right mind to hire him as your attorney. He is young so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt, but he has a lot of work to do to have a chance of being a successful attorney.
