Mark Vann is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, has ZERO care for the wellbeing of a child, lied straight to the judge's face saying he called and left messages multiple times to discuss the case when he did not, "too busy" to even meet to discuss anything until literally right before the hearing (even then, he just argued and yelled the whole time), and never once looked at the evidence. If you are considering using this attorney, don't waste your time.

Mark Vann represented my mother in the Frederick County, Virgina Circuit Court. In the beginning of the legal process he pushed my mothers court date back a month so his family can go on vacation. Leaving her to pay even more in court fines. Not only was he acting rudely he was acting impatient towards my mother, and the judge. The day of the hearing he came into the courtroom approximately 15 minutes late, unprepared with excuses being thrown at the judge. I truly believe that if anyone else was representing my mother through this process we would be finished by now. Due to his incompetence this legal process seems to be never ending. I would never recommend Mark Vann to represent anyone I care about.
