I am incredibly disappointed with how I was treated by this firm. Josh came highly recommended to me by two lawyers I know from another firm. I was in a very tricky and time sensitive situation with my employer, and needed legal help. I completed the online intake form, waited over a week before someone named Carmen Z. reached out and informed me Josh was interested in my case and wanted to setup a call. She went over the fees and said let her know if I was still interested, I responded same day with yes. Another week went by, heard nothing, I sent a follow-up and never heard back. If a firm is too busy to take on new cases then just communicate that, I wasted WEEKS waiting to schedule my consultation only for Carmen to never respond to me.
