I had a TERRIBLE experience with Van Horn. I could've done a better job myself and saved thousands. She didn't put in any work for me, I had to do all the research and ASK for what I thought was right. She should've fought for me as my attorney but was so removed from my case, It wasn't successful at all. All they did was really draw up the legal documents. There was no follow up from them to make sure I was free of all liabilities that I shouuldve been. Contracts said my defendent had 90 days to compelte something or else .... would happen. and it was 6 months and it didnt happen and they had no idea or follow up and left me VERY extremely vulnerable financially and credit-wise. I would never recommend her or her firm.
