Anytime that I have needed information they have been very helpful. I also have not needed to go through 20 phone prompts to reach a person it's pretty much an immediate answer and for when I have had to leave a message so.eone always has gotten back to me within the same day. The only thing that I would like to see improvement on is the ability to access the same information on the website.
I guess you don't have anything better to do the prosecute a disabled veteran with a medical emergency. Shame, shame.
