My spouse had her immigration application handled through Valvo & Associates. Of course no problems, but that should be expected. The reason we were impressed with Brandon Valvo is the attentiveness to customer service after the application. We are talking 5 and 10 years later. 5 years after the application, we were taking a trip and had some issues getting back into the country because we had forgotten some documents. We reached out to Brandon who resolved it quickly and he didn't even ask for compensation for his time. 10 years after the application, we had some questions about the original application and Brandon responds quickly, again without charging us. That is lifetime customer service and we would recommend him to all our friends and family.
