I entered expecting independence, rigor, and a high level of integrity given the professional consequences involved. Key individuals declined to be interviewed, yet conclusions were still reached that relied heavily on second-hand information. Significant questions about scope responsibility, coordination, and communication did not appear to receive meaningful examination. Businesses entering a similar situation would be wise to seek clarity upfront about how evidence will be gathered, weighed, and verified.

Mr Dominello has a repeated history of missteps. He creates liability with clients instead of limiting it. We all deserve better representation then what he offers.
