Good lawyers Mr San Miguel is always so informative and respectful, But Receptionist lady is always rude and makes you feel like she doesn’t want to help, don’t usually do complaints but literally every time i call or go to their offices its the same treatment from her really rude and not polite.

My experience has been that they never return calls and barely answer the phone. I guess if you need any questions answered, you’d have to go in person. My parents waited over 6 months just to find out their sponsor wasn’t accepted. And the only reason they found out was because they had to set up an appt. Why? Because they never answer the phone nor return calls. So, unfortunately the process has taken years and I’m assuming years to come. Thinking about calling the Barr….
